The hoover and walking get my heart rate up, but I don't really get THAT sweaty... but when I jog/run, I sweat like a pig :P

I hoover the whole house everyday, and that takes 25-30 minutes, and I walk about 20 minutes a day... But for the TDEE calculator, I said that I excersize 3 times a week.... Is that okay?

What would happen, If I did a bit more excersize, but kept my intake the same??
