That happened to me about a year ago! Eat more. I know, it's scary, but just eat more. If not, it's just going to back fire on you (I can tell).

Lost too much (underweight) but didn't seem myself as thin, was never satisfied with myself (or the image I had of myself). Began binging and ''finally'' attained the mental perception I had of myself: chubby. Still not satisfied but accepting.

Cucumber except in tzatziki. Can't stand the slimy, watery texture :sick: Zucchini - I used to gorge on it when I suffered from anorexia. NEVER again :noway:

No don't worry, you're eating the same number of calories ;). The quantity simply 'changes' as the rice expands, soaking up the water - but the calories remain the same :wink:
