I think having 2 eggs then using egg whites to round it out might be a good route.

There is this thing called the nocebo effect, combine that with people trying to sell books and products, and you get the anti-grain movement. There is a percentage of the population that has an intolerance or issue with grain, and this really has nothing to do with how natural it is for humans to consume it. Just like…

Sodium nitrate has been deemed bad. Supposedly not to have more than 3 oz of meat containing it. If you can get the jerky without it (usually has celery something or other) don't see any harm, except to your pocketbook. Since it's local you can ask what they put in it. I'm sure they are probably required to dump something…

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/521728-upping-cals-what-to-expect-why-you-need-patience While being accurate in measuring, re-estimating exercise calories, etc. might be useful for someone new, I don't think it is useful for someone who has been tracking for awhile. Most people are creatures of habit and eat and do…

The first question should be, if you are losing inches, who cares about weight? If you know your variables are constant, adjust one to see if it has any effect. I would guess you could adjust calories upward by a hundred or so a day and see the outcome over two weeks.

The mung bean noodles aren't bad at all. The black bean ones are ok. My local Hy-Vee carries them in the "health market" section, might help some. Looks like you can buy them on amazon in the Uk

As long as you use the same measurement system you should be able to dial it in. Use MFP for a few weeks and adjust your caloric intake accordingly.

You can change between ~3-5 pounds every day with water weight, TOM, etc. Alcohol dehydrates, you probably peed it out. ETA: Due to the fluctuation some people benefit from weighing themselves weekly. Prevents freakouts from daily changes.

Many gyms have Hammer Strength or similar that you might want to try. I think if it feels unnatural to use dumbbells or a barbell it might be a good idea to have someone check your form or watch some youtube videos on how to lift. I had issues with how the bench felt because my grip was in the wrong place. EliteFTS so you…

Being as active as you are would indicate strength training to be most beneficial. You can always incorporate a couple sessions of HIIT in per week.

I think the issue with multivitamins is that people think they are a magic pill and go about with unhealthy habits. This might be why some studies show people that take multivitamins have worse health than those that don't take them. I would specifically advise against taking something like the Optimum Nutrition multi as…

When incorporating diet and fitness changes into your lifestyle you should always choose credible sources and cross reference them. There are no ethical or academic standards for youtube videos and should therefore only be used as starting points for research at best.
