  • 3x a week I do 4 sets 15/12/10/8 5 pound weight per side. Run 3x per week and elliptical the other 2 days

  • Eggs cant stand em unless they are cooked with butter and cheese lol ya know the not so healthy way. Also FISH! Hate hate hate it! Its weird cause I love crab legs and shrimp but ya out a pile of fish in front of me and it makes me want to puke!
  • I thought I had a goal weight but I have stopped thinking about the number, I am between 5'3 5'4. and stuck at 129. I have toned up so much that I can't even complain. My goal was 117 but if ne weight stays the same and I continue getting stronger I am ok with that.

  • Running really is the best way (IMO) to tone the belly area! But I also do Ab Ripper x no less then 3x a week sometimes 4 depending on my mood! I just had a baby 5 months ago and I didnt start seeing any results until I started jogging and doing the ab ripper! Good luck to you!
