I'm 28 and 3/4's, I have lost 58.5 pounds so far, and I need to lose 100+ pounds more. I could use some additional support, feel free to add me if you'd like. :-)

No I don't have netflix but I do have exercise videos on demand on Xfinity that I can use. I'll start drinking more water too.

Thanks for the input. I tried doing some stretching exercises by using a technique my mom taught me recently. I put one or both the balls of my fists against my back, lay down on my back, then stretch my legs toward the ceiling. It helped me strengthen my abs.
