Do you have lower blood pressure? I usually get dizzy when changing positions... laying to sitting... sitting to standing. I spoke to a doctor and was told I have orthostatic hypotension. Make mac and cheese according to the directions on the box and add in a can of tuna. Super easy and cheap.
