Are you talking about real tea or some instant powered tea? Some of the powered teas had 0 calorie sweeteners in them that people have sensitives to and some study's suggest might hurt weight loss. In the end, 0 calories is 0 calories to me.

I personally wouldn't even eat the free food. I tried it for a month a few years back as my first attempt at dieting. The food is extremely high in sodium and most of it is pretty nasty. I did end up losing weight, but it's not worth it at all.

Yes, I assumed unsweetened almond milk. My point had nothing to do with the macros being healthy or unhealthy, but what fit their current diet.

I just got one today, so far I'm loving it.

It's generally less calories and contains no saturated fat and cholesterol. It also has no protein or calcium. So it depends on your diet and which macros you're in need of. I wouldn't say one is innately better than the other.
