Personally I think you look fantastic. Great job dropping down from 160 and maintaining. Enjoy the running over time you will remodel into runners body which sounds like what you are looking for Enjoy this time of looking great. If u can't consider counselling

Hi ladies. We will win the struggle. I have knocked off 28lbs so far at the 1200 with slowly increasing excercise despite injuries. Gets easier to work out as pounds come off. I am about the halfway mark. Learning to workout within my pain injury limits Love looking better Good luck all

Favorite new food is can sliced heats of palm which is in a great vinagarette. Add red peppers, onions, celery whatever and have some great salads with variable mixes of veggies. Might add lime or fresh herbs.

Metabolism has slowed right down. Can't loose if eat over 1200 even with great workouts. The good news is workouts get better as Loss improves. Still trying to figure out what I can do , hand torn knee and ankle ligaments on left , both rotator cuffs torn.....so far mountain hiking or running on padded surface is working.…

You look lovely both ways but your happiness is the best. Eighteen pounds is a lot of hard work and those last few pounds are the toughest I keep hearing. So congratulations.

Best of luck. Different things work at different times for people. I hope the extra excercise pattern gets u where u want to go

Kinda freaks me I have had this severe case for ? Amount of time which could have resulted in slow loss brains cells , heart or strokes. Who knows how long this has been undetected. I have slept lousy for few years but just got drastic in the last year. Actually thought I could have cancer because of the severe fatigue
