I am the same. I get headaches and fatigue.if I don't eat a certain amount and my ability to concentrate declines. I never eat below 1200 cal daily because of that and some days may need more as a baseline I think some of us are that way..... I am almost always kinda hungry even now at 2months of slow steady even eating…

Thanks for the group. Have been lurking about Am over 50 and have decided to get it back Been at this 2months and have lost 9 plus pounds but amazingly have gone from 500 steps daily with pain to on weekend days when I have time hitting 15,000 steps, over6miles incorporating mountain trails with 64 flight of stairs…

There's a squash called sphagetti squash which we sometimes use to substitute for pasta

One day at a time. Get thru today but log it. That may keep you from being truly outrageous. Try to pick something you desire not just any food and back tomorrow. We did not gain it all in a day and won't stop loosing because of a tough day

Please consider consulting with a rehab specialist to see what you can do pre op for maintaining physical fitness Perhaps isotonic excercises and so forth so you will go into surgery stronger and improve your rehab Good luck
