Hey, get one of those workout DVD's. The Davina McColl workout DVD is pretty good and you can get ones that have ten minute workouts and stuff. I've used them before but now I just go to the gym cause I have the time. Try it out. Sure you can get a cheap one from amazon! :-D

Cheers Katie, I lost some a couple years ago aswell and I put it back on. Was so used to being thin at school and stuff then 21 and I filled out and kept going a bit!! Just glad I got back down to under 12 stone!

Thanks, hoping I can manage to keep it up! Just now and again I liket o just pig out lol. I keep my weekends free from stressing about food. I try to keep it to a reasonable low but not so much that I can't enjoy myself at the weekend!

Me and my housemate use the weight watchers scale LCD precison I think. You can get them in Tesco and they are pretty good.
