Hey guys,
Just thought I would properly introduce myself. I'm Louise, originally from Scotland, 25yrs old and recently moved to England! I started with MFP about 3 months ago. Done not too bad, lost about 7kg and then I had a bit of a break from it but needing to get back on the band wagon!! I've not really pushed myself into the community yet so if you wanna be friends, i'll motivate you and you can kick my bum into gear!

Thanks, hoping I can manage to keep it up! Just now and again I liket o just pig out lol. I keep my weekends free from stressing about food. I try to keep it to a reasonable low but not so much that I can't enjoy myself at the weekend!0

Hi Lou,
I am pretty new to using MFP. I lost a few stone 2 years ago but have put a lot back on. MFP seems really good and its really easy to track your food and exercise.
My name is Katie, I am 23 and live in Manchester. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want!

Hey, I'm in England too, you can add me as a friend if you like and I will be happy to cheer you on. As long as you don't mind that my goals might be a bit different from yours as I'm pretty much maintaining my weight at the moment but eating lower carb in order to try to lean down a bit.0

Cheers Katie, I lost some a couple years ago aswell and I put it back on. Was so used to being thin at school and stuff then 21 and I filled out and kept going a bit!! Just glad I got back down to under 12 stone!0
