do you guys try to follow the nutrition plan, or just try to hit the calorie count? With healthy food of course.. I plan to start p90x3 tomorrow.. But I don't have the nutrition guide and all those talks that if u don't follow it, don't even start with the program are making me think twice..

I've done Insanity, its pretty tough & got pretty good results.. but honestly i got a much more toned stomach with t25. Not just my tummy, but legs and arms too. And the workouts are much shorter. I loved it! I completed alpha, beta, gamma & gamma hybrid.. I had amazing results, I think even better then when I was doing Insanity. I think you start seeing results when you start with beta.. Yes, Asylum seems interesting, I just wasn't sure because it lasts longer. And when i looked better at the wokouts from P90X3, they don't seem easy at all, actually quite challenging. I'll check about PiYo too, thank you! :)

yes I've been thinking about p90x for a while, its just the workouts are kind of long.. And when I don't have enough time, I'll be skipping more days, compared to programs with shorter workouts when I can workout 5-6 days a week.
