P90X3 Nutrition Help?

So I read the nutrition guide and based on my results I should be eating 1500 calories, and 40%carbs and 30% fat and protein. I used to be eating around 1310 calories and 55/30/15 (carbs/fat/protein). Now, I'm eating daily around 1700 calories. And I have no idea how it's happening! I use to be eating around 1310 and now that I know I can eat up to 1500 I eat over. So I was thinking if I keep the percentages for p90x3 on my nutrition, but putting my calories back to 1310? Because when I did that I ate around 1500. So I would like some input on this subject, if I should do that or just try harder? Thanks in advance!

If you know you suck at logging, there is nothing wrong with setting your goal lower knowing that you are going to underestimate. As long as you are consistent, the actual number doesn't matter.0

If you constantly eat over your goals - and you seem to do that no matter calorie or macro goal - you need to plan better. Prelog and make sure you eat according to plan, and consider upping your calorie goal if you feel hungry too often.0
