it works for sure! in 6 months, i put 6kg on, while reducing my bodyfat from 13% to 11%. that would be around 7kg of lean body mass. and i did NOT eat in a heavy sureplus.

so i could ask doc today, about measuring protein in blood while donating plasma. overall protein in blood have to be between 6 and 8 gr/dl (dezi liter). i did ask about measuring a special protein, but answer was: „overall protein“ hope that makes sense...?
