i am in for sure, but i have to post my weight on saturday. i seems more accurate, because after measuring myself, i have my saturday refeed and might have too much water on sunday. btw, a week looks like that: (friday and saturday i am at lowest weight) and 6 months look like this:

i am in for sure! my goal until end of this year is to gain 8-10 lbs lean mass by keeping my 10% BF or even reduce to 8.5% o:)
