that sounds pretty good, does it work as well with chicken? im so sick of eggs lol. ive been mainlining them for a week (had them two meals a day and am a bit sick of them lol)

i eat at 1 am when i get home from work, I'm still losing weight/ cms so I'm sure its not too bad for you to eat at 8;30

my calorie intake should be 1900 (which i do often struggle to reach) but i am always on my feet at my job and lose over 5000 calories a shift (which i do put in as exercise even though i probably shouldnt)
