help- activity levels

Wondering what I set my activity levels to. My work is packing shelves (walking lifting bending blah blah blah) at least four hours a day five days a week. Would you class that as light or what???? Thanks :)

    Start at active / lightly active - judge it by your weight loss over time (6 - 8 weeks)

    if you start at lightly active and you're losing at too fast a rate, adjust to active

    Thanks. I have it set at lightly active. Was just seeing if the consensus of everyone else was the same :)

    I agree with rabbit, set at lightly then adjust if you are losing too fast.
