When I have had enough alcohol for the night or if I want something between drinks, I drink club soda with a lime - it looks enough like a drink that people don't hassle me. Tasty (to me) and no calories!

Get over it. All of your packaged or canned ANYTHING has rat hairs, bug parts, etc. I love that people freak about this stuff, I find it funny. Who cares? Your fresh veggies probably have bug eggs and all sorts of yummies on them, too. Big deal. Edited to add:

Why did I not know about this until now?!? No food dyes either - cool. I currently have one or two baby cans of diet soda a week... Not really a soda drinker. Good to know there is a better alternative out there.

I do cheat days. If they are done correctly, and you are in control the rest of the week, they can bump up your metabolism a bit. If I have a day where I really feel I NEED to eat, or am just craving EVERYTHING, I do it, and then try to be good the rest of the week. I don't think they hurt anything, if done in moderation.…

^^This. BIG difference between a nutritionist and a dietitian. Anyone can get a certificate online and call themselves a nutritionist. A dietitian actually has a 4 year degree, has studied human metabolism, and has had (roughly) 1400 hours of supervised practice.

I agree, I don't like one piece bathing suits at all! I have never quite felt confident in a bikini - even now, I am 5'3'' and hovering around 114-115 lbs...but at this point, I think it is mostly all in my head haha
