It's a medically supervised program before you would have a surgical procedure for weight loss. I'm trying to modify it since I have to do it and eliminate anything else later.

This is a mandated program that you have to try before you would qualify for a surgical intervention. I'm trying to make the best of it and gain valuable insight from the knowledge members in this forum. My goal is to make this program work by modifying it. This plan averages 72 grams protein/ 11 grams fat/ 59 grams net carb per day ( only subtracting fiber grams not sugar alcohol). They say to stay on the plan until goal weight is almost achieved and then transition. So I've 40 more pounds to go

Hi I'm new here. My goal is to stick with the plan and work out 3 days a week. I'm on a physician monitored very low calorie protein plan. It's day 7 for me. Still a bit foggy. But I lost 7 pounds in these first 6 full days so I can't complain.
