  • My blood pressure was lowered ... blood sugar for me hasn't really been a huge issue, though I haven't really tested recently. There was a time I was testing regularly, and it always fell in normal ranges. But, yes I can certainly share my results when I get blood work done again. :)
  • I'll have blood work done again in like April/May so I'm excited to see how that looks. I do know that keto has lowered my blood pressure though. So, that's a win! :)
  • The last time I was sick like that, my tummy was very sensitive after getting back to eating. Peppermint tea worked wonders to fix that. :)

  • I just about got through the first month (quit out of pure laziness). Lost inches but no pounds. Many say the pounds don't really start dropping until you're about through the 2nd month. I'm going to ease myself back into exercise before attempting it again, but I really liked the challenge.

  • I love Beachbody workouts and use On Demand myself. However, I don't enjoy their "challenge groups" and I don't bother with the supplements. But the workouts are great and there is a good variety so something for everyone's taste and fitness levels/goals.
  • BEER!! Luckily cheese, brats, and burgers are fine on keto (can you tell I'm from Wisconsin? :D haha) But yes, I love beer.   • Officially 1 week in ... down 6.2 pounds!! :) It feels so great to be back on track. Last week I focused mainly on food and getting back to keto basics.
