^^^ thats is the best feeling ever! My great thing was only a couple of week ago. I've only just moved house and I found myself squeezing between gaps of furniture that looked way too narrow for me! :) Plus, I'm also stronger now so I could do alot of the heavy lifting and not hurt myself :)

I've gone through fits and starts, Right now it's been a couple of weeks, but the longest I've gone is 16 months....not by choice to begin with, then I just wanted to see how long I could go. I think that was definitely my limit ;)

urbanhippieru: my calories are set at 1400 a day, but my BMR is about 1500, so I aim to eat that every day. That said, I've just realised that lately I've only been eating about 1300, because I'm just not that hungry. Can you recommend any pariculr high calorie foods that might help relive tiredness?
