cardio that DOESN'T involve walking?!?!?!
Hi all I've recently injured the bottom of my foot (got a piece of glass embedded there and the doc had to surgically remove it last night). Can anyone recommend any cardio and/or strength training that wouldn't require me to be on my feet? I literally can't put any pressure on my foot at all....

new exercises for arms and belly???
I've been trying to shift those extra kilos I picked up before Christmas, and I'm eating quite well. It's just now doing more strength exercises. I also walk for about 40 minutes most weekdays before work, so my cardio is pretty good. Just need some advice on other exercises I can do daily to help.
