Exercise with injuries

Hi all

For the first time in ages I've injured myself; got a sprained wrist and muscle contusion on my ankle, both on the right side.

Can anyone recommend some exercises I could do until I'm fully healed? I've been in a constant workout routine for around 2 months now and I'd hate for all my hard work to go down the drain...

    What do you have access to? Free weights at home, no weights at all or a gym?
    Also, what are your goals?
