filling, high calorie, healthy meals

Hi all

I've majorly cut back on all the crappy food in my life, to the point where I don't even think about eating sugary or fatty concoctions. But now I'm not eating enough calories for what I do. I need to eat 1500 cals a day (at least), but I'm struggling to get that high. Can anyone pass on any receipes (or point me in a good direction) that are high in vegetables and/or lean meats, and are also high in energy?

    filling, high calorie, and healthy??? in that case ur talkin about a hamburger, pizza, or some kind of large sub sandwich. it has a good amount of protein, carbs, and fats.

    salmon + olive oil + vegetables + couscous.

    brown rice, lean meat, green veg. throw in a few extra snacks to cover your cals. Try spacing your meals differently if you're not hungry for snacks. smaller evenly spaced and well planned meals will help keep you going and won't give fat a chance.
