it really bugs me when i see people at the gym sat on a machine on their phone, or not carrying out exercises properly. not only are they hogging their machines, but why bother paying £30 to go to a gym and sit on your *kitten*/not try hard?! grrrr.

I personally eat 3 meals a day but if I'm hungry I would eat things like fruit, yogurt, oat bars, etc instead of staying hungry till my next meal. Thank you for your thoughts, I appreciate it. I should have called it - "My Best Advice" - it definitely worked for me! And of course, not everyone is the same. I always new #2 to be fact - eat less, feel fuller by consuming slow release energy foods.

I completely agree with this. I'm not overly interested in losing a lot of weight, half a stone would be nice, but I'm more concerned about toning up. Muscle weighs more than fat so it's best to go by measurements to tell how much you have lost. :)

honey, raisins, raspberries, blueberries! low fat greek yogurt is super lush. you could also mix all of that with meringue and voila, a low fat, low calories pudding! it's so yummy.

if you want to lose weight you're better off doing more cardio. weights help to tone up, but it's better to lose the excess fat first before you try to tone up. also, measuring yourself is a lot better than weighing as muscle weighs more than fat so you may think you've put on weight when you probably haven't.
