I used endomondo for awhile, but use cycle tracker pro as it too reads out avg pace etc to me while im running, cycling walking etc

Hey mate, i was the same, fitness slowly slipped away, took me a good solid year to get back on track, i didn't expect it to happen quick which probably helped me stick it out. now im concentrating on my food intake hence the reason i joined here. Theres some great people, support and advice here. You will get there :)

If i eat white bread which is not very often, then i can eat a ton of it, but i find the grainy breads full me up fast.

HI, That would be quite hard to answer, only because it depends on the pushup performed (full form pushup) and for how long it take to do a set, i found this tool http://fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp Im doing the 100 pushup challenge and mfp doesn't record mine either but im not too worried about it not tracking…

Love cycling, cycle everyday to work 12km there and back on my roady and hit the local mtb tracks right in my backyard on my hardrock. Awesum

@WifeMomDVM is right, you cannot target fat areas specifically. Have you ever tried kickboxing or a boxing class? The combination of cardio and impact on the pads is great for fat burning and stress relief :)
