Just dropping in to say hi

A few years back i found myself slowly slipping into the unhealthy zone eating a load of crap and working long hours on the computer. My fitness level was so bad i could not jog a quarter mile without almost dieing.

Now my fitness is on track i want to concentrate on my food intake to complement my fitness and i found the myfitnesspal app on itunes which has been fantastic.

Looking forward to supporting, sharing advice, successes and motivation :)
