Push Ups!!!

I base my whole workout on Push Ups. I usually do from 8 to 10 sets of 30 Push Ups, How many calories am I really Burning? Does anyone know, or can anyone help me figure how many I'm truly burning? I only ask because MFP doesn't count them towards my daily goal.

    Under the Exercise Tab you'll find push ups, vigurous effort. You enter your time and it does the rest :smile:
  • HI, That would be quite hard to answer, only because it depends on the pushup performed (full form pushup) and for how long it take to do a set, i found this tool http://fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp

    Im doing the 100 pushup challenge and mfp doesn't record mine either but im not too worried about it not tracking the 6-8 sets i do and not too bothered about it counting towards my daily calories as im thinking it may be too low anyway?
