I find meeting calorie and macro goals the easiest if I sit down in the morning and put in everything I plan to eat (at least for the meals) and just don't click the finish today button until I'm done for the day. Sorry, I was trying to say that I had a DEFICIT of 1000 calls per day, I eat around 1500.

I have a long way to go as well, and it can be extremely daunting. But the other night, I was feeling overwhelmed by the thought of how long I was going to have to fight, then it hit me: How long is the fight? Just for today.
