Wow, congrats on surviving, that's truly amazing. To start out with working out begin easy doing low impact work outs like yoga, this will help you develop balance, and build muscle. Once you're more comfortable with that you can begin cardio, I would personally suggest low impact HIIT workouts, you can find examples of…

Being Pigeon Toed could affect you, since your alignment is off. Like others have said get fitted for proper running shoes and be sure to discuss all this with the sales person, they may recommend you also get inserts for your shoes. I have high arches so I have to use inserts with a lot of arch support and that has helped…

Think of going to the doctor as a step in your recovery, it's just part of your journey with an eating disorder. They may give you valuable advice only a doctor would know or lead you to something else such as a therapist who can also help you with this. Someday you'll be able to look back on that doctor's appointment and…

I feel your pain!! What I've been doing is skipping the gym all together and have been opting for work out dvds, it's just easier to work out at home because you can do it whenever and you don't have to travel to get there. Another thing I use is a crock pot! I have two and so this weekend I had some extra time so I made a…

Could you try doing something else like a work out dvd? If you don't have those there's free ones on youtube. Obviously it's not the same but you might get as much enjoyment out of that as you do running and it'll help with your endurance and cardio just like running would.

As a previous poster said, talk to your doctor about seeing a physical therapist, some of the exercises they'll probably give you will include weighted squats, monster walks, and working on balance with a bosu ball. Added benefit of this is really tones up your butt lol

Hey Julie! Welcome to the group!!! For snacks I like to eat fruit and veggies, really whatever is in season but some of my favorites are sweet peppers, carrots and hummus and celery and hummus. As far as fruit lately I've been eating a lot of blueberries and cherries. It's a good sign that you're losing inches that means…

It's a fun program, I'm really glad he came up with it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have :) Feel free to add me :) I ended up taking this week off. I changed shifts at work for the week and my sleep schedule is in bad shape. I'm on Betta so I think I'm just going to start this week over this weekend (if that makes…

From personal experience I would say don't do it. You're still young and changing and becoming you. He's done with that and he isn't going to be willing to change who he is as a person for you. Also and I'm sorry to say this but there's really only one reason why men that much older want to spend time with girls that much…

Just think about how good you're going to feel when you're done working out. On the flip side you're going to regret not getting your work outs in if you don't do them. I'm doing T25 too and I know sometimes it can get a little frustrating but it's worth it. Hope this helps.

Yeah definitely work out on those days, it starts off kinda sucky but once you get going and are done you'll feel a lot better, physically, and mentally.

That's right as long we keep it up :) I was getting bored with Alpha I gotta admit, after four weeks I was ready for something different, so I took the plunge and gave Beta a shot. It was hard! But it was fun :)
