I started t25 this week and i haven't lost any weight. I've only just started on Sunday. I have a double workout with t25 today before my rest day and i feel like giving up! Just have no willpower. I'm posting cause i need someone to desperately to tell me get over it and guide me. One of those days where i want it to just be done with it

Just think about how good you're going to feel when you're done working out. On the flip side you're going to regret not getting your work outs in if you don't do them. I'm doing T25 too and I know sometimes it can get a little frustrating but it's worth it. Hope this helps.0

One problem... it's your cals in/cals out that determine weight loss. You can exercise all you want, but you gotta get the food under control if you want to lose weight.0

I exercise every day, sometimes twice, and generally stay under my calorie goal. Sometimes I will go 5 or 6 days without a change on the scale. It DOES eventually change, though. Just keep exercising and logging all your food accurately and it WILL happen.0

When I started working out, it took about a 1 week of not losing anything and the end of the next week. My lbs came off along with avoiding fast food, fried stuff, Sodas, simple carbohydrates, and other unhealthy food options. I started losing weight .0

That first week is tough. You've got it though. Keep at it. When you are feeling like you don't want to continue, think of these questions. What will completing this program and getting healthy and fit do for me? What will it allow me to do that I cannot do now? How will that affect me? How will that affect those around me? What will that let me become?
Do you have a good support system?

you apparently don't like that workout...nothing will motivate you if you don't like it....
find something you like to do...if you want to exercise.
If you don't want to exercise don't....it's not necessary for weight loss...When I started working out, it took about a 1 week of not losing anything and the end of the next week. My lbs came off along with avoiding fast food, fried stuff, Sodas, simple carbohydrates, and other unhealthy food options. I started losing weight .
it's not about the types of foods you eat it's about how much you eat....
While I was losing I ate all of the above and still lost, still exercised and got healthy...
ETA: with new exercise you will retain water masking weight loss...this can last up to 2-4 weeks...just keep at the calorie deficit and it will come off.0
