  • I joined a few days ago, it can help there are a ton of advice inthe forum section, post you question or problem and get advice from other members who are going through the same thing we are not people who studied things but havent gone through it.
  • One of the other members thought it might be water weight and I know that fluid levels in the body is important my doc told me I had to make sure to drink enough it actualy get rid of the extra. Don't forget to think about body changes due to "that time of the month" a not fun thing we girl have think about
  • add lots of veggies and use lower fat protiens, what kind of carbs you eat has alot todo with things. I'm learning that alot of what the "experts" say are true
