too many fats and protein not enough calories and carbs

Ive been watching my calorie intake for 3 days and the calories and carbs are low but the fats and protein are over is that mean im doing something wrong?

    Try adding some more fruits and veggies and cutting back a little on processed foods and meats.
  • add lots of veggies and use lower fat protiens, what kind of carbs you eat has alot todo with things. I'm learning that alot of what the "experts" say are true

    thanks for advice! I also like the idea of rewarding myself at different goals! I think I may try that to.
