Do you weigh what you log? Do you log absolutely everything, everything?! Are you overestimating how many calories you burn when exercising? Are you a lazy workout type person or do you actually push yourself? Open your food log so others can see it, no one can really give you any advice without seeing your food log.

I have been here for 4 years. Lost more weight then I originally planned and am on my last 8 pounds. Well, I am trying to be working on my last 8 pounds anyway. Would love to be added, I could use some motivation. The last little bit is the hardest.

WELL.........your wrong. You will end up binge eating if you don't satisfy your cravings within your calorie goal. Make a plan of attack and stick to it. 3 pieces of dove chocolate or 2 tsp of chocolate chips. Whatever you use to win your battle, just don't eat more then you plan. P.S. I work night shift. Your not SOL. You just need to be concrete in your plans. Husband, you will be watching the kids every day from this time to this time. Make it one hour, not any longer. Get him used to it. You go when you said you were going to go and you be back on time.

Do strength training!!! You don't want to lose weight you want to lose body fat. So do strength training so you don't lose as much muscle. Go to the gym, google at home strength training, do body weight exercises. Just lift some form of weights. "A smaller marshmallow is still a marshmallow."

Honestly, skipping rope at a fast pace can be one of the best cardio workouts ever! Anything to keep your calorie burn up will work wonders girl!

You could. I would suggest you go to a doctor and tell them your concern. Ask the doc if you can check your glucose at night before you go to bed and what number range you should be at. You can get a Glucose scanner and the test strips very easily at just about every pharmacy. Most insurance will cover there cost.

Don't starve yourself throughout the day and eat something before you go to bed. Also consider checking Glucose levels, you might need some sugar.
