ummmmm........you work nights so you should only eat at night time or you will die. In fact you should be on an all liquid diet. If you even go outside your skin will burn and you could die as well. And make sure to avoid Garlic and anything metal and pointy near your heart.

get on youtube and learn as much as you can. Lift weights! A fat person is a marshmallow. A fat person that has lost weight is a smaller marshmallow. The only way to change the marshmallow into a rock is with lifting weights.

Under the cardio section you would search for "strength training" and log that. Myfitnesspal does overestimate the calories burned though. I only eat back about half the exercise calories because of there crazy over estimations.

not really. there are lots of groups you can join though. you could make your own groups and invite others to participate in any challenge you want though.

Been using this app for years. Lost over 50 pounds. If you take the time to figure it out and you log every single bit of food and drink that goes into your mouth, EVERY SINGLE BIT, it will work. Just be consistent. You can access it online as well at myfitnesspal.com.

Go to the gym after your shift at work. You are already there anyway. If you have an excuse to not go after work then go to work early. If you have an excuse making you unable to go before work then take this advice.........Stop making excuses.

Lifting weights is your answer. Period! Just get on youtube and research proper form and go to the gym and lift weights. Worry about a perfect routine later, just make a habit of going right now and you will learn as you go. Seriously, GO.....why you still reading this. You have your answer.
