Your plan goes against the philosophy of MFP and like most of the posters here I agree on a long term healthier approach. That said, sure, starve yourself down to your desired weight, get the headaches, gastric distress, heart palipations, the bad breath from ketosis and possibly die on the gym floor from heart failure…

Great job so far. When I fall off the wagon I go back to what got me this far...MFP friends. Stay connected and accountable. I keep track of those ahead of me and behind me. I strive to catch up and refuse to let the ones behind me catch up to my loss. Pretty simplistic but it works for me. I do enjoy the occasional…

I can relate to the stomach NSV.... Mine was a few days ago stepped into a paiir of pants I hadn't used in 6 years. they fit better now then they did then. Congrats on your weight loss. :smile:
