:laugh: Just at 6 months with a 53 lb weight. thanks for all the encouragement. What I think I'm doing right? Just keep logging ALL my calories, keep the sodium and carbs a bit lower then suggested. Seems to work for me.
For the guys out there who question whether MFP works...Here's the proof. Feeling so much better at this weight on the way down then I did on the way up to 325.
