yes! I totally agree, have you been faithful the entire time? I am so bummed, I went on a weeks vacation and everyone told me just relax and I did horribly and gained 9 pounds alot was to much salt and not enough water but now just want to get back on track to where I was and still 5 pounds up, I guess I was just wondering if you had any hiccups, I was doing it slow and steady 1-2 pounds per week faithful since August.... you look terrific way to go!!!! :)

Faithful to my wife, yes  , to the diet change, NO. I've had some blips along the way. Vacations, parties, St Paddy's Day! I no w know that a minor setback isn't the end and whether 2 lbs or 9lbs I can kick it up for a few weeks and still be a loser within 30 days. I look at the long term goal more then the sort term. Enjoy yourself, try to make better decisions everyday even when in a vaca or party mode.
Good Luck, looks like you know how to do it, keep doing what you're doing..
