You're right on the money. Keeping track of what you eat and what you expend is the winning formula. Day to day, week to week I have found at the end of the month I'm still down some weight. Eat as clean as possible, stay away from processed, packaged foods and you'll lose it and keep it off. Good Luck :happy:
