Training at the gym

I will be starting the final week of my current routine on Monday and am starting to wonder if it is time to switch things up. I have been at this routine for 8 weeks and have made great improvements in all facets of my physical health.
My current routine consists of the following:
Monday - Full body Plyo & C25K
Tuesday - Push (Chest/Triceps/Shoulders)/Plyo/Cardio
Wednesday - Full body Plyo & C25K
Thursday - Pull (Back/Biceps/Traps)/Plyo/Cardio & Indoor Soccer
Friday - C25K
Saturday - Legs + Abs
Sunday - Cross fit session or rest if I need it
The thought I keep kicking around is in deciding to do one of the following:
1) Keep routine as is and maybe just change exercises
2) Switch back to a true circuit three days a week and C25K the other three days
3) Go to a true cross fit routine 3 days a week and C25K the other three days
4) Try the Body Pump program with C25K

Gosh Ray...don't know what to tell you! They are all good options...but it wouldn't hurt to stick with the current routine a few more weeks if you are still seeing results.0

I say switch to something else. Doing the same thing becomes routine and your body gets used to it. You gotta confuse the body. Besides...you don't wanna get bored.0

I agree with your first respondent - if it's working, why change it? It sounds like an interesting and varied routine.
I'd only worry about changing it if you find you stop making progress. And even then you might find you need to increase intensity, rather than changing the whole thing.0 -
I'm just deciding whether to wear jeans or khaki's today.. You rock big guy. Go with what makes you want to do it everyday. :smokin:0

I agree with most of the people above and stick to it, until you stop seeing results. You have a good variety in your routine which helps keep it interesting. If you were just doing say cardio, I would say change it up early and often, but you seem to have some well balanced routines. Maximize the results you can get from that before changing, ur still losing 2.5 lbs a week, maybe when that dips down to 1 to 1.5 lbs a week for a couple weeks in a row, change it up.0

You are having great results why change now,......I think if it's getting boring or you want more variety, do different cardio, and as long as the weather cooperates, you can incorporate some outside activity0

Great job!! I think you should stick to the current plan for a bit longer. You have all the components of muscle confusion / p90x based thinking in your workouts. Keep going!!0
