check out a water aerobic class to get some ideas ones i can think off from my class are.... star jumps x 20 jumping and tucking your knees in x20 holding onto the side and kicking your legs vigourously for 2 minutes

You did lose weight! 2 pounds! Also if your body is not used to all this exercising/water its probably just adjusting, keep at it!

oooo also i like making a niscois salad - not sure if thats how you spell it! lettuce, boiled egg, dry tuna, other bits and bobs like peppers toms and cucumber and low fat mayo!

hmmmm, well i am normally left with 400 cals by the time its dinner time sooooo: Small jacket potatoe with tuna mix and salad Fillet of salmon and salad Breaded turkey steak and salad Roast chicken and salad!! Ok so basically one nice chunk of something meaty and salad - works for me!!

I think you are exercising too much! Your body probably needs more food and its holding on to the calories you do put in there! I think you should re-calculate your goals and exercise plan. Or check on your 'track exercise' tab on the left how many times you originally put you would exercise and how many calories you…

well i went out drinking the other day, i purposely slept in a bit, then went to the gym and had a nice big low calorie meal lots of salad and veg and fish, and then enjoyed my wine later in the evening!

I would say go with the size 8, i find next clothes fit well, I also have to sometimes buy bigger sizes in h&m as their clothes are all kind of different cuts etc!

Thanks - I didnt actually know i could set it as private. I was also just generally interested into other peoples thoughts on alcohol aswell, like if some people gave it up after joinign MFP. Some people I know cut out booze and then the weight just fell off. with me...i defintaly know its certain foods i need to cut out!
