I am 5'7 and 150lbs. I have put in MFP to loose a pound a week and i have 1380 cals a week. I have also done other research and its about right give or take 30 cals! If I were you I would make it 1350 if you feel its a little low

i did zumba when i first started - twice a week for about 4/5 months Really good cardio and helped drop the weight faster however can't say it did much for toning Even when i did the actual zumba toning the weights are too light - personal experience/opinion!

do you normally exercise everyday? I find i need to weigh myself after a rest day after a lot of exercise as my muscles retain water and feel all heavy. Give it a couple of weeks - also it is advised that you should take at least one rest day a week x

i do agree. im not so sure thought if you were with someone, they cheated and you took them back - then i would think of the phrase once a cheater always a cheater. But if the person is notoriously known for cheating but then is with someone new who are we to say how they feel and if their attitudes change!

Yes! I started running at the beggining of the year and ran a half marathon in October! Amazing for your fitness and definately toned up my legs! Running has been my main exercise since joining in April and I have lost 46 lbs.
