i dust myself off and start again fresh the next day. It can turn into a vicous circle if you are trying to catch up and un-do damage. I would just continue as normal the next day, you may be up a couple of pounds but 2/3 days eating right and water will get rid x

i weigh myself daily if you know you will get upset/discouraged by daily fluctuations then i would seriously recommend not doing this I dont, i learn from my fluctuations and like to see different daily activities and eating habits affect my weight. Majority would say pick a day and stick to it weekly :)

Yeh i think that too!! like ive stretched it and fed it more than usual and now it expects more!! I would just be really strict on yourself to nip it in the bud and prevent spiralling back into the pattern of getting used to eating more again.!

I tell you what i do honestly when i know a night out drinking is gonna happen... I have one large meal as late as i can in the day and i make sure its good food and a larger amount otherwise ill get too tiddly! I have 1200 cals a day so id prob use like 600-700 on this meal
