You could make a nicois salad minus the egg? I believe its green beans, tuna, olives and capers and add a dressing of your choise! Green beans always fill me up !

Yeah i used to be like that, now heres what i do.... Randomn person: 'You look great' Me: 'Thanks' (BIG CHEESY SMILE) Thats all i say and the smile is big and cheesy coz i earnt it and so did you!!! You havent lost all this weight to then add on excuses to why you should not be complimented.

Yeah definately, maybe not always dinner coz i dont always plan that far ahead. But i always do breakfast and lunch straight away and then I can see how many cals i have left to play with for dinner :)

I had braces when i was like 13 to 14 and i was never in pain? The first 2-3 days may be uncomfortable but then after that you wont notice it as much. It will seem really different but its when they end up coming off your teeth will feel so weird lol I wouldn't rely on the fact that braces may help stop making you eat food…

I have heard/read that you need 2 days rest/recovery a week from jogging and every other exercise that takes its toll on your body really! Even if you tried to push through it your body would tell you that it needs to rest, man when mine feels like a dead weight im like ok lets have a bath and let these muscles rest!

1. Donuts 2. Sweet and our chicken and rice (takeaway) 3. Chocolate fudge cake with hot chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream 4. ham and pineapple deep pan pizza with cheese filled crust 5. nachos with sour cream, guacamole, jalapenos and salsa and melted cheese wow. i think id be sick if i did get my fantasy day!

How long have you been trying to have breakfast? I used to be the same but i have trained my body to have the three main meals and hardly ever snack. Now in the mornings my belly grumbles if i haven't had my breakfast by 10am!! Train your body and find something you love for breakfast. I love oatmeal at the moment
