Honestly, it works. oh ! My worst nightmare is going on another 'trusted' scale and being like a stone heavier! But to be honest i would definately go with the weight watchers scales over boots! I mean when you look at how many people do weightwatchers and use their scales... also were you wearing shoes? As in ww i would always take mine off!

Hi Yes weight watchers is good but am finding MFP quicker. I lost 28-30lbs in just under 6 months and here i have lost 36 in four! It is good though - you maybe nervous the first time as you have to get on the scale but no one else can see - only the person weighing you. Its nice to get the little filofax thing they give…

Most people put it as circuit training. IFor me it says 195 cals, i have rounded it down to 150 as MFP tends to over estimate!
