Pushing Daisies was my knee jerk choice! I think someone needs to tell the TV people that we miss this show. My second thought was The United States of Tara. Freaks and Geeks is an excellent choice as well.

i have been trying to stay committed to this program over the past couple of months-- trying being the operative word. i travel a lot for work, so when i can't make it to my gym or any gym with the proper equipment it derails my progress. i really like the program and see a lot of quick results and accomplishments in…

5' 2.75" :) i'm back to my starting weight and just got back on the wagon this week. i'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 three days a week (m,w,f), cardio twice a week (t,t) and a yoga session on sunday. my current weight is 152, but measurements speak more for me, especially since i'm lifting heavy. i'd like to get down to 130 by…

i have the fitbit one and really like it. i wish it was the flex sometimes so i could just wear it on my wrist, but i like that it keeps me conscious of my TDEE and my steps, daily. and i looooove that i communicates with MFP automatically! i would tell you to check out the other options and compare :) good luck!

i like mine too! i've had it since november. it definitely keeps me conscious of my TDEE and steps. i love that it communicates with MFP automatically, too! i just wear it in between my bra and go! i agree that sometimes the altimeter is a little screwy, but that doesn't bother me at all.

The Nutribullet pulverizes the entire fruit/vegetable so you don't have any solid leftovers like in other juicers that just extract juice and remove pulp. When the pulp is removed you lose a lot of those nutrients you seek. You should check out some reviews on Youtube. As far as juicing goes, if you want/need a meal…

it's best to stick to natural foods with natural ingredients. margarine has a laundry list of unpronounceable ingredients. i stick to butter-- milk, cream, salt--- basic is best.

you can add me! i'm in week 11 of p90x, though now i'm running on my cardio days because i am training for a future 10k. i've lost 20.5" and about 5lbs since i started. my advice is MEASURE!!!! you'll build muscle and not see a lot of lbs lost if you don't have a lot to lose. take pictures too! i didn't and i kind of…
