I'm 5'2" also, and I wear a 14, and people are always shocked at my weight, this is the reason why I have decided to get to 150 and reevaluate.... I don't feel the need to hit a healthy BMI at 115 lbs!

I am going to there are no fruits and veggies in there, not enough water and nothing with any value in it! Try a grilled chicken sandwich instead of fries and slaw. Have some more protein...

Take measurements, this is so important! Muscle does not weigh more then fat, a pound is a pound, however it more dense, so it takes up much less room, think of a dry sponge vs a wet one... You may also need to eat more if you are working out more and more water!

Jerk!! Sorry for that it sucks! Even when I was thin I hated it when people yell things out, rather it be good or bad! I find it just plain rude, more so when at a park with kids!!

Try getting one of the models with a chest strap, that is the issue not the brand. I have a Sportline 1060 and really like it, runs pretty close to MFP. I just exchanged the 1025 for this one, because it went on sale and is much smaller!!

If you look in specs it does do a calorie burned count! Not sure how accurate but it's there.

I drink an extra 2-3 cups of water and try not to go crazy with the cravings...work out bunches! That helps

Very quite on here! Hope everyone had a good weekend, i know I did! My hubby turned 30 and we celebrated, I planned an over day and enjoyed it with out going to crazy. Got some easy work in today, but leg is sore, may be awhile before a full work out!

I miss running so very much! I think I will be taking it to the gym now though, no more dog bites for me! I mowed the yard and did some Dance Central, first activities after the bite! My leg is swollen and killing me!!! I can't wait to get back to running! I think it will be another week though :(

If he is in love with you he will find you sexually attractive. I was 100lbs when I met my hubby, now 195ish highest 206 he has been attracted every step of the way. Maybe more right now then every b/c I am more confident

This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change and it is ok to treat yourself to something! You can and will do it! I have tried everything out there and This works because it changes how you view loosing weight! Plus there is so much support on here!! Stick with it!
