I've lost some weight but hadn't really noticed the difference in my body until last weekend. I wore my favorite capri pants and they were falling off me all day. I couldn't believe it. They were always loose on me, but they stayed on. :smiley: It felt great.

I'm currently doing T25, on week 3 of the alpha phase. I'm doing the modified workout and have lost 1 inch off my waist. I haven't weighed myself, hate the scale! But I feel amazing and each work out I'm able to push harder. I'm pretty confident I'll be able to do the non-modified version in a few weeks. I haven't worked…

Thanks! My workout regime calls for elliptical 4 days a week for 30 minutes. I'm going to try going backwards to change it up.

I've had two c-sections. After my first I lost all the weight and barely had a pooch, but it was there. After my second I've gained a bunch of weight, now 3 years after the 2nd c-section I have a full on belly. The pooch by the scar is still there. I'm hoping to bring it back to what it was like after my first.

Question, after your period, do you lose those pounds you gained from your period and then some? So if I gained 5lbs because of my period, but continued with my excercise program and food will I lose those 5 plus a few more?

I'm on day 10 in Cycle 1. It seems so second nature now. I'm really having no issues. I think Cycle 2 will be easy because I'll get to have more food. My diary here is constantly telling me I'm under my calories, but hopefully that will go up in Cycle 2.
