You're doing great! No nervousness necessary. This is the NJZ (no judgement zone)!
-
Thanks! That looks great! Is it in the MFP database now?
-
Totally! I love them! Have recently discovered and fallen in love with "On Broadway" on Syrius XM Satellite radio. Big fun. I'm not a big Sondheim fan, but love most of the others. Recently have enjoyed "Hairspray" and "The Drowsy Chaperone."

Me: I'm looking for an accomplice...you down? Clay (my BFF): Well, of course! That's what I'M TALKING ABOUT! He rescued me during my divorce and we swilled martinis and swing danced until I didn't feel a thing!

Just look at this thread of encouragement and put it into perspective. I love MFP! I wish I could erase that moment for you -- instead, just fill your mind and your heart with the encouraging words above. Keep your head up and keep on walking!

That's an amazing journey! Such an accomplishment. Congratulations!

FUNNY, dude!

Will it be you, Ms. Fabulous? Good luck and let us know!

You look great in that dress!

Agree. Texas is really just...Texas. We definitely don't fit "the South."

You can get bona fide Stevia extract at Whole Foods. No additives except rice maltodextrin (1 gram) as a stabilizing base.

I have found that the more I drink, the more I want. I can throw down a 16 oz bottle in one go these days. Four of those and you've got it! I keep a full glass (24 oz) at my desk. LaCroix sparking is also a nice change and feels like a treat. Not to expensive either (ala Perrier).

Me, too. 150 leg lifts. Will do.

Totally! The sponsors of that ad must be cleaning up. It's everywhere. I don't like it, but I guess it's the price we pay for MFP having no price.

I was in my forties until two months ago! I actually feel like I'm about 35. Sign me up for the cool 40-something group!

I wasn't originally. Just tracking and trying to stay with the guidelines. But weight loss was SLOWWWWW or non-existent. Recently started a (probably unsustainable) very low calorie diet. I like seeing these different options and suggestions from other users. Good thread.

Here's something I came up with and it's helpful and true (at least for me). I've noticed that when I do four things, I lose weight. I decided to make an acronym. P.E.N.T. P is for PLAN my meals E is for EXERCISE N is for saying "NO" to things. T is for TRACKING.

Hi, I don't exactly fit into the 50 lbs to lose category (any more), but I love wit and sarcasm -- so, there you go! We're friends. Let's do this! For the record, in 2008-2009, I lost a total of 67 lbs. It was GREAT! And I'd love to support or encourage you in any way I can.
-
Good for you! You are looking great!

I'd like to join with you guys, too! I lost about 50 lbs through Weight Watcher's in 2008-2009, and slowly I've put back on 20 lbs. Scary! Got to turn that around! Ready to start again!
