If you are exercising that much, sounds like you need to be eating more. I know it sounds funny - eat more to lose weight, but if you don't give your body the fuel it needs - it will shut down thinking you are starving yourself and you just won't lose weight. I bought mine at Meijer (grocery store) in their pharmacy dept. They were having a sale - got mine for $29.99 and it is a MIO brand that came with a pedometer. I am just learning how to use it.

oh, I was also feeling really tired - my dr.did a blood test and I had a vitamin D deficiency. I take a supplement daily and it helps!

I find that I sometimes don't have time to commit to exercising regularly. I would encourage you to take 10 -15 minutes several times a day and just do something. check the health food section of your grocery store. You can add in some other grains -they have a whole lot of gluten free products now that might work for you.
